As Director of Philanthropy and Community Engagement at Fanatics, Christina leads global philanthropic initiatives that drive meaningful impact across communities. She oversees Fanatics’ merchandise donation program, employee giving and volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, and disaster relief efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic giving pillars.

With over a decade of experience in corporate social responsibility and community engagement, Christina has successfully designed and scaled company-wide programs that streamline corporate giving and increase community impact. She has led efforts to drive global volunteerism, develop internal and external grant programs, and expand and streamline Fanatics’ special event and in-venue retail merchandise donation program. Her work has mobilized employees across multiple countries, engaged Athletes and sports team partners, facilitated millions of dollars in resources for nonprofit partners, and amplified Fanatics’ philanthropic commitment to support causes that unite fans and benefit local communities.

Christina began her career in Washington, D.C., working for the U.S. House of Representatives before transitioning to the nonprofit sector at the Aspen Institute, where she collaborated with corporate and community partners to advance collective impact efforts.
